Lowering cholesterol
Are you finding it difficult to stay on top of your cholesterol-lowering diet?
Many of us are busy with our activities and doesn't have to do exercise regularly and dieting. How about medicine? Too many medicine to lower cholesterol. Have you try a traditional way? Very simple, healthy and also cheap. How bout trying to drink a glass of juice every morning?
1. Celery
All this time, we use celery to cook soup and other dishes. Some of you might not like this because celery have a very strong smell and a little bitter if you chew it raw.

2. Green Apple
What are the nutritional values? Green apple have more vitamin c rather than the red apple. Apples can reduce blood cholesterol levels, counter constipation and diarrhea, help joint problems and help prevent diseases in general.
3. Mangosteen
Well this fruit is a common in my country (Indonesia) and some other country such as Malaysia, and Thailand. It is a little bit sour, sweet and bitter. This fruit also consist a lot of nutritional values such as xanthone (increasing immunity and relieving arthritis pain), catechins (anti-oxidant), polysaccharides and quinones (anti-radical) , and stiebenes. It is very good for your skin care - crush it and mix with a warm water for bath.
When you decide to drink a glass of juice every morning to lower your cholesterol, you can choose celery mixed with green apple or just mangosteen. Please don't mixed mangosteen with the other two because I cant guarantee the taste of that juice. You can add sugar if you cant drink as it is. but beware of the smell. Just hold your breath while you drink it. It takes 1-2 weeks for you to get used towards with the smell. Dont forget to check your blood pressure again after a month.
